- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 8 strips bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 24 cucumber rounds or endive leaves
- Optional: microgreens, paprika, red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Cook bacon in skillet over medium heat until crispy (8-10 minutes) or bake at 400°F for 15-18 minutes. Drain on paper towels and crumble.
- Mash avocados in a bowl with lime juice, half the salt and pepper.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth; mix in garlic, remaining salt and pepper, and half the chives.
- Gently fold avocado mixture into cream cheese mixture, keeping some texture.
- Arrange cucumber rounds or endive leaves on a platter. Spoon or pipe 1-2 teaspoons of mixture onto each.
- Top each bite with crumbled bacon, remaining chives, and optional garnish.
