Instructions
- Prep the shrimp by ensuring they are peeled, deveined, with tails on. Pat dry with paper towel. Mince garlic and juice the lemon.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter with minced garlic, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese (if using). Stir until smooth.
- Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of the butter mixture. When sizzling, lay shrimp in single layer.
- Cook shrimp for 2 minutes on each side, turning with tongs when they start turning pink and curling.
