  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly coat a baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
  2. Combine melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  3. Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the baking dish. Pour two-thirds of the garlic butter mixture over them.
  4. Mix Parmesan cheese and panko breadcrumbs. Sprinkle over the shrimp, then drizzle with the remaining garlic butter.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and the topping is golden brown.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
