Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow dish, combine the all-purpose flour, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Dredge each chicken breast in the Parmesan-flour mixture, pressing gently on both sides to coat evenly. Tap off any excess.
- Place the breaded chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet, allowing space between them for even cooking.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).
- While the chicken is baking, make the sauce. Add the butter to a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Once butter is melted, whisk in the heavy cream and add the minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Continue to cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce is smooth, slightly thickened, and the garlic is fragrant (about 3–5 minutes).
- Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Plate each chicken breast and generously spoon the creamy garlic sauce over the top. Garnish with additional Parmesan or chopped fresh parsley if desired.
