Description

A refreshing and creamy twist on classic lemonade featuring the tang of pink lemonade, velvety vanilla ice cream, and vibrant raspberry swirls topped with fluffy whipped cream. This Instagram-worthy drink is perfect for summer gatherings, parties, or any time you want something extra special.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup pink lemonade concentrate (thawed) or fresh lemonade
  • 1 cup cold milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream (or frozen whipped topping)
  • ¼ cup raspberry syrup or puree
  • 1 tsp lemon zest (optional)
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Fresh raspberries and lemon slices, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the pink lemonade concentrate, cold milk, and vanilla ice cream to your blender. Blend on medium-high speed until smooth and velvety, about 30 to 45 seconds.
  2. Pour the blended lemonade base into serving glasses.
  3. Drizzle the raspberry syrup or puree over the top of each glass.
  4. Use a long-handled spoon or straw to gently swirl the syrup through the lemonade, creating pink ribbons.
  5. If using, sprinkle a pinch of lemon zest atop the mixture in each glass.
  6. Top each glass with a generous mound of whipped cream.
  7. Add fresh raspberries and lemon slices for garnish.
  8. Serve immediately while frosty and thick with a straw or long spoon.

Notes

  • Always use ice-cold ingredients for the creamiest texture and thickest consistency
  • Chill your glasses for extra frosty appeal
  • If mixture is too thick, add a splash of extra milk; if too thin, add more ice cream
  • For best marble effect, drizzle syrup down the inside of glass before pouring main mixture
  • Can be made vegan using plant-based milk, non-dairy ice cream, and coconut whipped topping
  • Store blended base in refrigerator up to 24 hours, but add toppings just before serving
  • Recipe can be doubled or tripled for parties
